How to Brew (Hot):
- Bring fresh, cold, or filtered water to a full boil.
- Use 1 tea bag for every 7–9 oz (200–260 ml) of water.
- Pour the boiling water over the tea bags, then cover.
- Steep for 3–7 minutes. Steep longer for a bolder cup.
How to Brew (Iced, makes 1 qt / 1 L):
- Place 6 tea bags in a teapot.
- Pour 1¼ cups (315 ml) of boiling water over the bags and steep for 5 minutes.
- Fill a pitcher about one-quarter full with cold water.
- Strain the tea into the pitcher.
- Add ice and top up with cold water. Sweeten and garnish as you like.
